Maintain the Health of the Our Brain
However precisely our habit that is not better would cause damage brain. Not eat in the morning is one of the cause factors of brain damage. This happens because of causing the level of low blood sugar. This causes malnutrition that causes the decline from the work of the brain maximally. On the other hand, eat too full then am risky harden the brain artery. So in accordance with the Rasulullah guidance swa, eat adequate and eat lawful and good food.
